Daycare Policies:

Reservations must be made for daycare appointments and a 24 hour cancellation notice must be received prior to that cancellation in order for you not to be charged.

Reservations are required for free Saturdays as we do not have as many spaces available on this day. 

All "no-shows" and late cancellations will be charged to your daycare card or account.

You will be charged if you are late picking up your dog.  One to fifteen minutes after 7p.m., will result in a half day being taken off of your card or charged to your account, and fifteen to thirty minutes after 7p.m. will result in a full day being taken off of your card or charged to your account. 

We strongly suggest and highly recommend that all daycare dogs come at least one day per week, and may REQUIRE this on some dogs.

Free Saturdays cannot be used or combined to take the place of weekdays and do not carry over past the six month expiration of the daycare cards.

All dogs must be spayed or neutered after six months of age to attend daycare.

All dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Bordetella, to attend daycare.

Refunds are only given if daycare is terminated by our facility.

Boarding:

A non-refundable deposit will be required during holidays or busy seasons.

Cancellations of boarding reservations must be made 10 days in advance during holidays or busy seasons. 

Payment for boarding services is required at the time of drop off.  

We no longer have after hours pick-ups and drop-offs for boarders on Saturdays or Sundays.  No exceptions please. 

Refunds are not given if a dog is picked up earlier than their scheduled go home date.

* Note: Due to our very limited boarding space, refunds are not given if you pick your dog up earlier than the original pick up date.
